SMSB 2026 is a forum for sharing knowledge, advancing practice, and fostering meaningful collaboration in bridge engineering. 


Sponsorships are an essential component of a successful conference. The support we receive from corporations and community partners allow us to provide exceptional delegate experiences and financial support for students and young professionals.

Exhibitor Booths

The trade show will open at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, August 4th with the Icebreaker & Exhibitor Reception, and continue through to the afternoon coffee break on Thursday, August 6th. 

To maximize the opportunity to meet delegates and other participants, all breaks and receptions will be served in the trade show. 

Single Booth: $4,500 + GST (5%)

  • Booth packages include:

  • 10’ wide booth, 6’ table and 2 chairs

  • 1 standard 110-volt power outlet

  • 2 complimentary full delegate registrations

  • Logo on conference website, mobile app, event signage

  • Ability to add company profile, promotional materials, and/or videos to conference mobile app

Terms & Conditions

  • Please contact Lisa Reny at lisa@karma-link.ca with any questions or to confirm your Sponsorship.

  • General and event sponsorship packages are available on a first-come, first serve basis.

  • Sponsors and exhibitors are to supply high quality, transparent logo and other graphics/images (.png or .jpg format is preferred).

  • The conference manager reserves the right to decide on the placement of logos and other marketing materials as long as corporate brand standards are followed.

  • The conference manager will do its best to accommodate special requests.

  • Trade show floor plan will be available in early 2026.

  • All sponsorship packages and prices are in Canadian dollars.

  • Some sponsorship packages and all exhibitor packages are subject to applicable taxes 5% GST (British Columbia).

  • Refunds are at the discretion of the conference manager based on circumstances.

  • Sponsors will receive an invoice and payment link from Karma-Link Management Services upon confirmation of booking. Other payment forms are available for larger packages (EFT, cheque). Please contact accounting@karma-link.ca for alternative payment methods.
